Convert pressure to height based on the hydrostatic equilibrium.

\[z = \int -\frac{\mathrm{d}p}{\rho g}\]

Parameters:

• p (ndarray) – Pressure [Pa].

• T (ndarray) – Temperature [K]. If None the standard atmosphere is assumed.
