DESCRIPTION ^

 Writes a String to an XML file.

    Internal function that should never be called directly.
    Use *xmlStore* instead.

 FORMAT   result = xmlWriteString(fid, fidb, data, precision)

 IN    fidb       File descriptor for binary file
